No secret Skinny Girl Diet has been taking over East London like a storm and as now they play ACE Hotel and shit and also open for a band called Primal Scream at ITunes Festival it's not really news but as we've been chasing the girls for a while quite happy that finally captured a really good gig. Enjoy the first part and carve for more as we got some more excellent stuff to show. Hopefully next time the audience will make a better move where is the stage dive dudes+gals?

ADI straight from Israel and her show is a real treat live! Birthdays Dalston sounds real good now and shame on the people didn't show up for a free gig like this. No worries we taped it real good. Will add on more songs just make sure you tweet and share so we know you want more. Also follow her on insta as she seems to love the medium.
Here we go unexpectedly shooting legendary Christian Death of LA in London time travelling and it feels right. Make sure you check them out during their tour in Europe and the UK wich is still on! They supposed to play a long set as well.
Went to see "Russian Prostitute Rock" MANFLU at Garage London 14.05.14 who supported Christian Death this time.
We just missed out on PUFFER which is a real shame. They seem so together and fit the large stage of Garage very well.
Check out the 4 songs we managed to nail down in the edit. Aza has a new hair which works well in the dark!
Also don't forget to check out her catsuit (Pam Hogg original). Seems like a new standard now!
And now while everybody is out drinking in the mild evening we suffer to deliver a 4 set of songs for you
so make sure you like and share.

"The capital's cityscape collides in on itself in this hypnagogic short" according to T-R-E-M-O-R-S Magazine. Trippy Sane Days is a 25 minutes long visually breathtaking journey through East-London directed by Boldizsar CR expressed in a seamless flow of overlaid images accompanied by the haunting techno of White Lodge. The film is based on a mixture of personal diary footage, raw material of previous work and samples of actual previous work of the artist.Read full article and director's Q&A here Credits Film by Boldizsar CR Music by White Lodge

Richard Fearless at Cosey Club 24th Nov 2013
Cosey Club welcomed Fearless last November who brought in synth tunes that would even hardly fit in a massive warehouse located somewhere in the Netherlands. That all made perfect sense as the full on light show forced your brain to experience 4th dimension no matter what drink you had earlier. There were no post-production made in this video..

Nöi Kabát - Make Room! Make Room! 7" [a+w 7"002] (2. Edition) aufnahmeundwiedergabe.de
The film is based on a photo editorial commissioned by Idol Magazine and Boldizsar was invited as a filmmaker to shoot a movie during the photo shoot. The final film is a collaboration between Boldizsar and Niko with a massive input in the music side from acclaimed musician and cult band leader Richard Fearless (Death in Vegas).
The set and characters in Mrs. Bateman are based on a surreal mixture of cult Hollywood movies American Psycho and Basic Instinct. A very interesting outcome of the film is that it feels very different from the photo editorial which is entirely Niko's vision. The film is an experimental take on the same subject with dark undertones and long takes. Atmospheric and twisted musical elements are there to completely engage and hypnotize the viewer and invite into a murderous mind.

Our favourite song right now from The Murder Act "Leviticus 26:19". Some really nice audience shots and female head bang. Another great song from same gig below.
This is a video shot at WELL exhibition private view performance which included a proper work out for volunteers led by Berlin based artist Helga Wretman. Check out description below.
WELL Helga Wretman & Oliver Jennings 16 | 08 | 12 - 31 | 08 | 12 @ARCADIA_MISSA
Helga Wretman is presenting a video installation from her Fitness for Artists project: performances are superimposed over landscapes; packaged into objects and displayed within O-O to function as office equipment and decoration.
The compaction of work and home space is increasing. We continue the presentation of the 'self in everyday life' * as demand for personal branding and professionalism increases in the social realm. In this context Wretman's project examines as to whether the main importance is the persona behind the work, or the work behind the persona. More so can you train both of these, becoming more efficient in both body and image?
'In Sweden the thing in highest demand as a work benefit is not holidays or bonuses, but is Gym access. . . Now, the way we look and behave is just as important as the work we do. As artists, the line between what we are selling and what it is that brings people to your product is indistinguishable' *
One of the clearest examples within our social fabric, that exemplifies the blurring of the line between work place and home space, is social networking online. It is one of the main tools we have for the construction and presentation of our image, or brand. It is in the context that Oliver Jennings examines the interbreeding between fitness and online personal branding.
Oliver Jennings' video tells the story of two guys, Bruce and Dave. Bruce and Dave are bodybuilders who upload videos of themselves flexing.
'Bruce also uploads chat videos, where he speaks to, "you guys" and updates on how his workouts have been going, what he has been up to, what has been happening with the weather, what has been happening in his local area. All fairly mundane subjects but you really do get to know the guy.
He also frequently mentions that if anyone is in the area then they should pop by and he'll show them around.' *
As Wretman provides a workout and describes our need for persona and body-as-brand, Jennings presents two individuals heavily using this language of self (body) branding online and how it becomes the catalyst for their relationship. The seemingly unavoidable and insistent presentation of a 'perfect self' seems like it is potentially our most productive vehicle for communicating to one another.
Opening: Thursday 16th August 6 - 8pm Exhibition: Open: 17th - 31st August (Gallery Open Thursday - Sunday 12 - 5pm) Closing Event: Friday 31st August at 8pm Helga Wretman will be doing a fitness for Artists workout class to music. Come join in and/watch! This event is part of South London Art Map's Last Fridays Event.

Nöi Kabát is a London based electronic outfit using only analog instruments to create their dramatic songs. We saw them live at Endurance Halloween Night at the Waiting Room and really dig them. So we will post 2 more songs with HQ audio thanks to a 4 channel sound recording on the gig.
"Flash, we meet" is a short film produced by ASWESAW London based online documentary project's Fashion Category. The film is promoting Lollipop Factory Budapest Local Fashion Design & Contemporary Art Space. A fashion film casted by young, creative friends of the shop instead of professional models. This attitude suits the brand’s unique and casual approach towards the industry. Lollipop Factory built up a strong following in the creative sector of the capital by organizing music events, exhibitions and by promoting young local designer’s work. The film has the vintage look and music to accompany the style of the eclectic merchandise and design of the shop. Shot on location inside the shop and around the area. A Budapest lazy summer day perfectly captured and edited to the highly emotional beats of 70’s/80’s classic soundtrack.

"The Rite of the Huntress Moon" is a Fashion Film directed by Boldizsár CR for ASWESAW. The film's concept, mood, and choice of location and lighting was inspired by Mrs Herskin's handmade leather dress. Also inspired by Dalma Berger's individual look, movements and the music of Volkova Sisters. The footage shot and edited by Boldizsar CR, who creatively documented the performance arranged on location. Dalma's presence brought a strong, characteristic and feminine character to life which looks like coming from a different era of mankind.
